Pastoral and Behaviour Team Leader

Grade: Grade 8 Points 25 - 30

Salary: £29,577 to £33,782

Pro Rata: £26,279 to £30,015

Location: Wellfield Academy (On occasion it may be necessary to temporarily assign you to another site within the Trust to meet operational needs.)

Hours per week: 37 Hours

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only plus three weeks (Inclusive 5 Inset days)

Endeavour Learning Trust is looking to appoint a permanent, full time, term time Pastoral and Behaviour Team Leader to support and lead our Pastoral Team to implement the schools’ behaviour policy for our staff who work directly with students to provide mentoring and pastoral support.

We are looking for someone who is able to:

• Work with and care for children of relevant age
• Form effective and appropriate working relationships/boundaries with young people
• Work effectively as a member of the team, prioritising conflicting demands and managing own
workload effectively

They will be expected to:

• Take a leading role on the implementation of the school’s behaviour policy
• Work directly with students to provide mentoring and pastoral support to overcome particular
obstacles to learning
• Lead on administrative support to the year group(s) you are working with
